Policies Map

The Policies Map is an interactive mapping tool accompanying the Local Plan that displays all the spatial policies of the Local Plan. Spatial policies are those that affect a particular area or location e.g. Green Belt.

The Policies Map allows you to identify a particular area or location within Mole Valley and view all the spatial policies affecting that particular area or location. The Policies Map has a menu which opens on the left of the screen and comprises two main features:

• The ‘Search’ function, which can be used to focus in on an address within Mole Valley. Alternatively, you can zoom in and out on the map itself.
• The ‘Map’ function, which can be used to show and hide all of the map layers/ spatial policies.
