Planning application fees

National Planning Fess increased on 6th December. The new fees can be found below. Some fee exemptions have also changed.

Ownership of Land

If you do not own the site, or your proposed development will encroach on to or over land you do not own, you must complete Certificate B (included in the application form).

Notice No.1 should also be completed and given to the owner of the site to inform them of the application.

Notice No. 2 is for publication in a local newspaper. These forms can be completed online, or downloaded and printed.

CIL Forms

Most planning applications require a ‘CIL Form 1: Additional Information’ to be submitted before validation.
