Footpath 42 Ashtead Recreation Ground Diversion Order

Following a decision by a Planning Inspector that planning application MO/2020/2167 had lawfully commenced, a new Public Path Diversion Order for the above has been issued.

A new statutory process, including a fresh consultation to give all interested parties a further opportunity to comment on the proposal, has now begun.

Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent via email to andrew.whiddett@surreycc.gov.uk or delivered in writing addressed to Piers Mason, Deputy Chief Executive and Executive Head of Service for Planning and Environment, Mole Valley District Council, Pippbrook, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1SJ, quoting reference FP42 (Leatherhead) not later than 7th December.
