How to Sign Up for My Account

Signing up to a ‘My Account’ is easy!

Simply follow the steps below. Once you have your account set up, you can then link it to the services you need.

Currently, we only offer Garden Waste as part of the ‘My Account’ service, though more services are under development.

To set up a ‘My Account’ please follow these steps:

  • Select “My Account” from the top right hand corner of this page, or via the home page.
  • Choose ‘Register’ and enter your email address. Please ensure that you set a password that you can easily remember containing at least 1 number and make sure it has 9 characters or more
  • Once you have set your password you will be sent an email to verify your Account. Click on that link.

You have now set up your My Account!

If you did not sign up for the Garden Waste service online (prior to 2022), you will need to link your ‘My Account’ to your Garden Waste subscription in order to be able to manage your account and renew your subscription each year.

To link your account, please follow these steps:

  • Click here: ‘Garden Waste Manage my Subscription
  • If you know your garden waste subscription number, click on the ‘Link my Account to an existing garden waste subscription’ and enter the number in the box provided
  • If you do not know your number, or if you have a problem linking your subscription, please click ‘Report problems linking to your active garden waste subscription’ and you will be emailed your number within 3 working days or customer services will be in contact with you.
