Private Sector Rented Landlords
Mole Valley prides itself on the relationship which we have with our private rented sector landlords and letting agents. We are here to provide advice and assistance in matters such as landlord and tenant legislation; environmental health aspects and planning requirements.
We also run a successful rent deposit scheme where we help landlords find the right tenants for their properties, offering incentives which are detailed below including free inventory services; tenancy sustainment and cash sums. This scheme has been in operation for 20 years and helped house hundreds of households during this time
We hold twice yearly landlord forums, the last being held on the 1 July 2025. More information and slides from past events can be found in the drop-down menu below.
Our next landlord forum will be held in Autumn 2025 following Royal Assent of the Renters Rights Bill. This will enable us to give you an update on the operational changes impacting on landlords and tenants and how we can help you in navigating these changes.
The links below explain further about our scheme and how we can assist you.
