1 July Landlord’s Forum – 6pm

Mole Valley District Council’s biannual Forum for landlords and letting agents will be held from 6pm – 8pm on Tuesday 1 July 2025 in the Council Chamber at Pippbrook.

The Forum provides an opportunity for property professionals from across Surrey to join their peers for discussions, presentations and networking.

The main focus of the evening will be a presentation from Mike Rangecroft from Ethical Lettings on Awaab’s Law and the latest progress of the Renters’ Rights Bill. Specialists from Mole Valley’s Environmental Health team will also be on-hand to answer any questions in relation to their field of work, as will MVDC’s Service Lead for Housing who will be providing insight on local government reorganisation.

More Information

Mole Valley is keen to work with and support our private rented sector landlords. We hold twice yearly landlord forums and offer a host of incentives and packages to those landlords who wish to rent their properties through the Council. This is called our HomeChoice Plus scheme.  The scheme has been running for almost 20 years and has helped to house over 1000 households.

In addition to the forum and the incentives we are also here to offer you advice and assistance on any renting query that you may have. Advice is available through our team of housing options officers as well as our two dedicated Private Rented Sector Officers.
