Garden Waste – Service Update

We’re sorry, our online garden waste service is unavailable between 3 – 15 December due to essential maintenance.

Does this affect collections?

Please note that this does NOT affect garden waste collections, which will continue as normal.

When can I subscribe?

If you wish to subscribe to the service, please do so after 16 December. You can still set up your ‘My Account’ now, if you don’t already have one, and you will be able to link it to your garden waste subscription from 16 December.

How to find out when to renew your subscription

If you wish to know when your garden waste service renews, please contact customer services on 01306 885001.

If you are due to renew your service in January, we will send you your payment notice week beginning 16 December (either by email or by letter). You will still have 1 month to pay.
