Domestic Homicide Reviews

A domestic homicide review (DHR) is arranged when a resident of Mole Valley aged 16 or over has died as the result of violence, abuse or neglect by a relative, partner or close member of their household.

The purpose is to learn lessons from these tragic events to improve practices in future so that victims are safeguarded and deaths are prevented.

GOV.UK Domestic homicide review guidance on when a DHR should be set up, and how it should be carried out.

When a DHR is completed, a report will be published on this page.
