- When you have a change of address, occupants or tenants
- When you set up or cancel a Direct Debit
- When there is a change to your Council Tax Support, discounts or exemptions
If your Council Tax bill shows a different amount to a previous bill, you should pay the amount on your most recent bill.
You can find your reference number, your payment instalment(s) and details of any discounts, Council Tax Support or extra charges on any bill we send.
