Proposals Map
The Proposals Map accompanies the Local Plan.
It shows all the policies and proposals set out in the plan.
This includes polices within the Core Strategy, the Dorking Town Area Action Plan, the saved policies within the Local Plan and the adopted development plans prepared by Surrey County Council.
The map allows you to identify an area of the district that interests you and then view all the relevant policy designations or allocations of land.
The Flood Zone reflects the position at the submission of the Core Strategy and Dorking Town Area Action Plans.
Please note, the map cannot be viewed on a mobile device i.e. a mobile phone or tablet.
