Make the Most of Mole Valley’s Festive Events – Free Parking on Saturdays!
The Christmas Season is here again and we want everyone to enjoy the festive magic of Mole Valley across our towns and villages!
On 29 November and the 6 and 13 December, visitors to Mole Valley’s towns and villages can enjoy free parking all day in MVDC-owned carparks across Dorking, Leatherhead, Bookham and Ashtead! Remember parking on Sundays, bank holidays and after 6pm every evening is also free all year round! 54 thirty-minute free bays are also available across our car parks. Whether you’re looking to do some Christmas shopping, see friends or take in a show, we hope these free parking days can help make it happen!
Events and Activities
The magic of the North Pole will come to Leatherhead this December, as the Swan Centre offers FREE festive events for all the family to enjoy. On the 29 November, and the 6 and 13 December, stop by the Swan Centre for a range of Xmas entertainment, gift ideas and fun activities for youngsters.

Dorking Halls
Join the boy who never grows up Peter Pan and take part in his adventures with Wendy as they fly off to Neverland and meet some fantastical characters along the way; Tinker Bell, the Lost Children, Tiger Lily, Nana the dog, Pirates, Mr Smeeand the wicked Captain Hook.
With a ridiculously talented cast starring Collabro’s Thomas Redgrave as Peter Pan, the Sugababes’ Amelle Berrabah as Tiger Lily, hilarious comedy double act Simmons & Simmons as Smee & Starkey, and West End star Sophie Elmes as Wendy, prepare to be wowed this Christmas time at Dorking Halls.

The evil giant’s rent collector Gobblegore is fed up with nobody paying the rent and will stop at nothing to rule everything and everyone – but there is one man with his allies standing firmly in his way!

Head to the rustic Tithe Barn on Saturday 29 November between 10:00 and 14:30 for the Little Bookham Christmas Market and Grotto!
This is the perfect place to kick start your Christmas with a wide range of stalls showcasing locally crafted gifts, tasty treats as well as a food area, live festive music and the grotto!
If you’re looking to get some fresh air, a programme of fun, our free and accessible weekly volunteer-led walks are ideal for anyone looking to become more active and meet new people.
