What can you search for?
The amount of information available on the Planning Application Search and My Mole Valley sites is dependent on the date that the Planning Application was made as follows:
- Basic details are available of planning applications made since 1st July 1948
- Decision Notices issued since 1st January 1977 are also available
- All documents and plans received after 1st January 2000 can be viewed
- Most historic plans 1948 - 1999 have now been transferred from microfiche and are also available. The remaining ones will be added during this year.
Can't find what you are looking for?
If you wish to view documents or plans not on the website, they can either be viewed at Mole Valley District Council's Pippbrook offices, or by request:
Summaries of planning applications registered or decided (determined) during the past four weeks can also be downloaded from this page (see 'Downloads'). Alternatively, real-time weekly lists of applications registered and applications determined can be viewed using the online planning lists.
A full set of application documents are usually available online within five working days of a valid application appearing on the running list. During this period, some documents may appear ahead of others. Decision Notices are usually available online within two working days of the decision date.
