Bank Transfer Payments
Bank transfer payments must be to Mole Valley District Council in full, not MVDC or Mole Valley DC, otherwise payment will get rejected and sent back to the payee.
Housing Rent - Online Payments
If your landlord is Clarion Housing Group, rent payments can be made via their website.
Telephone Payments
Payments can be made over the telephone for:
- Council Tax
- Parking Fines
- ASB Fixed Penalty Notices
- Housing Rent (emergency accommodation)
- Business Rates
- Benefit Invoices
This is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for payments using a switch (Maestro) or a Visa Delta card.
To use this facility please ring 0300 1231064 and have your card details ready. If you are paying for council tax please also have your council tax reference number available. Calls will be charged at the local rate.
Other Payments
Other items can be paid for over the phone by calling Customer Services on 01306 885001 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please have your debit/credit card to hand when calling:
- Black bins
- Bulky Waste collection
- Housing Benefit over payment
- Housing Rent (Emergency Accommodation)
- Parking Dispensation Waivers and Bay Suspensions
- Planning and Building Control charges
