Bank transfer payments

Bank transfer payments must be to Mole Valley District Council in full, not MVDC or Mole Valley DC, otherwise payment will get rejected and sent back to the payee.

Housing Rent – online payments

If your landlord is Clarion Housing Group, rent payments can be made via their website.

To pay your emergency/temporary accommodation rent please use the purple button at the top of this page.

Telephone payments

Payments can be made over the telephone for:

  • Council Tax
  • Parking Fines (Penalty Charge Notice)
  • Housing Rent (emergency accommodation)
  • Business Rates / Non-Domestic Rates
  • Benefit Invoices
  • Any other Council Invoice (please have your 10 digit invoice number ready)

This is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for payments using a switch (Maestro) or a Visa Delta card.

To use this facility, call 0300 1231064 and have your card details ready. If you are paying for Council Tax please also have your council tax reference number available. Calls will be charged at the local rate.

Other payments

You can pay over the phone for:

  • Housing Benefit over payment
  • Housing Rent (Emergency Accommodation)
  • Parking Dispensation Waivers and Bay Suspensions
  • Planning and Building Control charges

Please note we are unable to accept cash payments.
