The Leret Partnership
– redeveloping the Swan Centre and Bull Hill
Two of the key projects for Transform Leatherhead – the redevelopment of the Swan Centre and Bull Hill – are being carried out by The Leret Partnership, a 50:50 joint venture between Mole Valley District Council and Kier Property Developments. In November 2025 The Leret Partnership submitted a planning application for the regeneration of the Swan Centre and Bull Hull; details of which can be viewed on the MVDC planning portal.
Further information on The Leret Partnership and their proposals for the Swan Centre and Bull Hill can be found at theleretpartnership.co.uk, including a more specific set of FAQs relating to the November 2025 planning application.
