Ramblers Wellbeing Walks

A programme of fun, free and accessible weekly volunteer-led walks ideal for anyone looking to become more active and meet new people.

You can find more information by visiting the Ramblers website.

The walks last from 30 to 90 minutes, ideal for anyone who would like to start becoming more active or keep fit and healthy.

Service/assistance dogs are welcomed on walks so long as they are kept on a short lead or harness and do not cause disruption on the walk or to other walkers.

For more information on the walks, email wellbeing@molevalley.gov.uk or call 01306 885001. You can also download a pdf copy of the walks programme here.

Walks

Become a volunteer walk leader

We currently have more than 20 volunteers from a variety of backgrounds, all with a shared passion for walking!

We can only set up new walks and develop our programme with the help of volunteers.

Each walk has a Volunteer Walk Leader and Back Marker to enable each walker to go at a pace that is comfortable for them.

Training, support and equipment is provided for all volunteers. If you are enthusiastic about walking, then why not get in touch?

For more information, email wellbeing@molevalley.gov.uk or call 01306 885001.

You can download a pdf brochure of the Wellbeing Walks programme here.
