Leith Hill Musical Festival

Leith Hill Musical Festival has been held annually in Dorking since 1905 and has grown into one of the country’s leading choral events. From the beginning and for nearly 50 years, the festival conductor was the world famous composer Ralph Vaughan Williams.

Surrey Artists Open Studios

Venues throughout Mole Valley and Surrey.

Offers a unique experience allowing the public to visit hundreds of Surrey artists in their studio spaces. Artists will be showcasing their working practice and demonstrating their creative techniques.

Studios are located across Surrey where there is such a diverse variety of work including print-making, jewellery, ceramics, textiles, painting, wood-turning, sculpture, illustration and glass work.

Charlwood Music Festival 

Showcases local musical talent to the local community.

August

Capel Music Festival

A charity fundraising music festival in the centre of the community hosting a variety of well known local bands and artists.

October

Arts Alive

Arts Alive is launched in mid September and is run through the whole of October. It features dance, music, drama, arts, crafts, poetry, comedy and performance.
