Mole Valley Employment and Skills Hub

Based in the Swan Centre in Leatherhead, the Mole Valley Employment & Skills Hub offers a free, independent service dedicated to supporting residents find work. The Hub is run by a friendly team of experienced employment and skills advisers who provide practical guidance, encouragement, and tailored support.

The Hub is open to all Mole Valley residents, of any age. If you’re unsure whether you live within the Mole Valley area, you can use the ‘Find your local council’ tool to check your location.

How the Mole Valley Employment and Skills Hub supports residents

  • Flexible career support, available both virtually and in person through pre-booked or walk-in appointments.
  • Practical job‑search guidance, including help with applications, CV writing, and interview preparation.
  • Advice on training and development, connecting you with apprenticeships, traineeships, work trials, and local job opportunities.

Join us at our Community Support Fair and discover the range of help and support available in your local area. Get expert advice on managing your energy bills, learn about grants and financial assistance you may be eligible for, and pick up simple money-saving tips to help your household budget go further.
There will also be free bicycle safety checks to help keep you safe on the road. With plenty of family-friendly activities including free face painting, games for children, a tombola and raffle, plus ice cream and refreshments, there’s something for everyone.
