Southern Building Control Partnership

Together with Reigate & Banstead Borough Council and Tandridge District Council, we operate a Local Authority Building Control Shared Service known as Southern Building Control Partnership.

Information and guidance about the building regulations process or to make an online building regulations application for a project within any one of the three respective council boundaries can be found on www.southernbcp.co.uk.

The Building Regulations have recently changed and the partnership has produced useful guidance as well as a Guide to Sustainable Homes
