Based in the Swan Centre in Leatherhead, the Mole Valley Employment & Skills Hub (MV Hub) is part of Surrey Lifelong Learning Partnership, a charity focused on building confidence and developing the skills of local Surrey residents so they can grow, learn, and reach their full potential.

The MV Hub offers a free, independent service for residents who want to move forward with work, skills, or confidence. Our friendly, dedicated team of employment and skills advisers provide practical guidance, structure, encouragement, and tailored support to help you take your next step in your employment journey.

How the Mole Valley Employment & Skills Hub supports residents

• Flexible career support, available both virtually and in person through pre-booked or walk-in appointments.
• Practical job‑search help — including job searching, applications, CV writing, cover letters, interview preparation, and confidence‑building.
• Training and development guidance — connecting you with apprenticeships, short courses, work trials, volunteering, and local job opportunities.
• Youth support for ages 18–24 — tailored advice, workshops, and employability sessions to build skills and experience.
• Community signposting — helping you access local services, wellbeing support, and opportunities to get involved in the area.
