Mole Valley prides itself on the relationship which we have with our private rented sector landlords and letting agents. We are here to provide advice and assistance in matters such as landlord and tenant legislation; environmental health aspects and planning requirements.
We also run a successful rent deposit scheme where we help landlords find the right tenants for their properties, offering incentives which are detailed below including free inventory services; tenancy sustainment and cash sums. This scheme has been in operation for 20 years and helped house hundreds of households during this time.
More information can be found via the menus below.
If you are interested in speaking with the Council about finding you tenants for your properties, or simply discussing our offers to landlords, please contact the Private Rented Sector Officers in the Housing team on 01306 879149 or 879151 or emailing the team here.
