Business Support Grants

Mole Valley is under national lockdown restrictions. This means that certain businesses must stay closed. The following Government business support grant schemes are available:

Local Restrictions Support Grant (LRSG for closed businesses)

Businesses who received LRSG in the previous lockdown will be paid automatically. As part of this payment, providing your business was operating, you will also receive a grant payment from 19 December when Mole Valley moved into Tier 3. The closing date for applications is Monday 8 March 2021. Please note the application form is for new applicants only.

Closed Business Lockdown Payment (CBLP)

One-off top up grants up to £9,000 for businesses in the retail, hospitality and leisure sectors, announced by the Chancellor on 5 January 2021.  Businesses previously in receipt of LRSG will receive this grant automatically.

Additional Restrictions Grant (discretionary grant)

Additional Restrictions Grant Policy

Before any payments are made, pre-payment checks will be undertaken to confirm eligibility. Applications will be considered and payments made on a weekly basis.

Christmas Support Payment (for ‘wet-led’ pubs)

A £1,000 payment for pubs that derive less than 50% of their income from sales of food between 2 and 29 December 2020. The closing date for applications is Sunday 28 February 2021.
