Arts Alive is a community arts festival that takes place every October at venues throughout Mole Valley. Packed with over one hundred art, craft and entertainment events, there is something to appeal to everyone.
Arts Alive opens on Saturday 25 September 2010 with street parties in both Dorking and Leatherhead from 10.00am to 4.00pm. During the day, artists, art groups and festival goers will have the chance to join together and start the celebrations with a bang.
The festival patron for 2010 is the English actor, singer and entertainer Anita Harris. Anita is best known for her roles in the Carry On films. More recently she starred in Stepping Out at Leatherhead Theatre.
