Resident Associations Survey

Are you a member of a residents association?  We are currently conducting a review of how we communicate with different groups in the community, to give us a better understanding of our current communications successes and barriers.  The information gathered from our community groups will inform future Communications strategy.  We would be very grateful if you could take 10 minutes to give us your thoughts on how you would like us to communicate with you.

Mole Valley District Council website

We are committed to improving online information and services to our customers. Therefore, over the next six weeks, we are asking for the users of our website to feed back about their experiences of using the site and what, if any, suggestions, comments or opinions they may have.

This consultation will help us to understand the needs of our customers and allow us to potentially re-assess what our website currently offers and what improvements could be made as a result of this process.

The consultation includes an ‘about you’ section which, although not compulsory, will help us to understand who uses our website and online services, any specific needs they may have and what could be done to make their experience better.

Mole Valley District Council Single Equality Scheme

This consultation is now closed.

The Council is working in a number of areas to improve the ways in which people can access what we do. Part of that is by ensuring that there are no barriers to accessing either our services or employment opportunities, because of their age, gender, race, religion, sexuality or disability. To set a framework for this, we have published a Single Equality Scheme for a 12 week consultation period.

This draft Scheme sets out the work that the Council will do in the period to 2013 to review how accessible services are and improve its understanding of different people in Mole Valley.

We are aiming to get as many organisations, groups and individuals as possible to comment on the scheme, and if you have any views, please email policy@molevalley.gov.uk

The consultation is ran through to Friday 15 January 2010 and if there is anything relating to the consultation that you would like to discuss please contact Linda Oladokun on 01306 879294.
