Development Control Committee - 08/09

The Development Control Committee's primary purpose is to determine planning applications and other related development control matters, which includes enforcement matters, Tree Preservation Orders and High Hedges, legal determinations and agreements and the carrying out of non-determining site visits.

This Committee, together with the Licensing Committee, make up the Regulatory Committees of the Council, as its remit is controlled and focused around legislation that enables the District Council to fulfil its statutory obligations.
