Residents and businesses have the opportunity to comment on a new Environmental Health and Licensing Enforcement Policy ahead of the draft being formally considered, and possibly adopted, by the council.

The shared Environmental Health and Licensing service covers enforcement activities across the Mole Valley and Tandridge districts. The adopted policy needs to be fit for purpose to enable the Environmental Health and Licensing service to investigate and, where appropriate, take enforcement action against individuals and businesses in Mole Valley or Tandridge who undertake activities that are in breach of legislation.
