A vision for redeveloping the Swan Centre, the latest on our High Street Study and a full update on our transport model, just three of the topics to be presented on the night. Join us to find out more and ask your questions of the project team in our live Q&A, refreshments available from 6.30pm.
Councillor Simon Edge, Cabinet Member for Prosperity, said: "Held twice a year, our public forums are a great opportunity to update everybody on the progress of Transform Leatherhead and engage directly with those who live and work here. This March we have guest speakers from retail experts Cushman and Wakefield to deliver their recommendation on how to improve the Swan Centre and its contribution to the High Street, and a video from transport consultants WSP to explain their transport modelling work. We will also provide updates on our Swan Centre current refurbishments, the Claire House and James House planning application, the Environment Agency's flood alleviation plans and our developing vision for the Riverside Park.
"Our experts will also sit on the panel alongside members of the project team to answer audience questions during our live Q&A.
"The event will be live streamed on Facebook and the video posted on our website and social media following the event to ensure we reach as many people as possible."
