Westcott and Capel NDPs - Thursday 23 November

Referendums on whether to adopt the Capel Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) and Westcott NDP will be held on 23 November 2017.

Polling Stations are open for voting from 7am until 10pm.

Casting Your Vote

Polling Stations are open for voting from 7am until 10pm.

Westcott polling stations

  • St John's Chapel, Furlong Road, Westcott
  • The Reading Room, Guildford Road, Westcott

Parish of Capel (includes the parish wards of Beare Green, Capel and Coldharbour) polling stations

  • Beare Green Village Hall, Merebank, Beare Green
  • Capel Memorial Hall, 55 the Street, Capel
  • John Venus Hall, Coldharbour

Emergency Proxy

In certain circumstances, if you have an emergency that means you cannot go to your polling station in person, you can apply for an emergency proxy up to 5pm on Thursday 23 November. Please call 01306 879198 or email electoral.registration@molevalley.gov.uk.

Postal Vote

Voters who have opted to vote by post need to make sure their postal ballot pack is returned by 10pm. Voters can hand their ballot pack in at their polling station.
