There are plenty of activities in Mole Valley to help you achieve the recommended 150 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity each week.
Community Sport Development
Mole Valley District Council (MVDC) works closely with a number of local and national partners on various community sport development projects. With the aim of getting local residents more active through fun and accessible sporting initiatives.
MVDC also supports local clubs with becoming more sustainable along with offering advice on funding, coach development, marketing and member recruitment.

Recreation and Play Facilities
There are many recreation areas and play facilities across the district catering for a range of ages and interests.
Visitors are able to enjoy free access to one of the country's most historically significant gardens - privately owned since their creation in the 17th Century.
Surrey Youth Games, up to eight weeks free training in a range of sports for children 7 - 16 between April - June annually. Registration opens March.
