The photograph should be a similar size to that required for a passport, 45 x 35 mm. If you qualify for a disabled pass or you are already over the age of 60 apply now. If you are approaching the age of 60 please do not apply any earlier than two weeks before your birthday, as your application will only be returned to you with a request that you resubmit it nearer the actual date. 10 of the District and Boroughs in Surrey (including Mole Valley) have improved on the National Scheme meaning that the 60+ passes are valid for free weekday travel for journeys starting anywhere within Surrey from 9.00 a.m. (with the exception of journeys starting in the Surrey Heath district where the start time is 9.30a.m.) and at any time at weekends or public holidays. Holders of a Disabled persons bus pass can travel in Surrey at any time. Please note: if you use your pass outside the Surrey area you will need to contact the local authority for that area to determine what enhancements, if any, have been made to the National Scheme which states that free travel commences from 9.30 a.m. for both 60+ and disabled passes. You can use your new bus pass for free travel on any local bus service throughout England. You cannot use your new bus pass on:

If your circumstances change, for example you move from the property to which the bus pass has been issued, you should contact the Concessionary Fare group and inform them of the change. If you are in any doubt as to the relevance of the change please telephone to clarify the situation. The telephone number to contact is 01306 885001. What happens if I need a replacement Pass? If you lose your card or it is stolen you will be able to get one replacement card free of charge. If you require a further replacement card for whatever reason there will be a charge of £10 for each subsequent card issued. In the normal course of events you will receive your pass within two to three weeks of making the application. There is the possibility that this may be delayed should there be a higher than normal demand during the period you make your application. Need bus timetable information?
