Harassment and Illegal Eviction

If you are renting your home from a private landlord or a letting agent, you are entitled to live in your home peacefully. If your landlord does anything intended to make you leave your home or interferes with your quiet enjoyment, your landlord is breaking the law.

For help and advice please contact the Housing Options Team by calling 01306 885001 or by visiting Mole Valley District Council's offices at Pippbrook, Dorking.

You can either speak to a Housing Options Officer on the telephone or arrange a personal interview at Pippbrook. Appointments are available from 9am until 4pm, Monday - Friday.
