Mole Valley's Tenancy Strategy 2013-16

The Localism Act 2011 requires each local authority to produce a tenancy strategy. A tenancy strategy is a plan that sets out how housing association homes in an area are let. It provides a framework for the type of tenancies housing associations should use and how long these tenancies should be granted for. Mole Valley District Council (MVDC) intends the strategy to make best use of the stock so that more people in housing need can be helped. This is currently being updated.
