Cllr Raj Haque

Jehangir, commonly known as Raj, came to England  in 1971.  He moved to Bookham in December 1979.  Having had a successful career in the Restaurant business he became interested in local politics in order to serve people in a different capacity.  After serving his first term from May 2010, he was duly re-elected  for a second term on 22nd May 2014 to serve the people of Fetcham West. 

Raj is married with two grown up children and is the Chairman of the Council for 2018/2019.
