This section provides links to the different licensing functions undertaken by the Council.

Minor Variations

As of the 29^th July 2009 new legislation has been introduced to be included in the Licensing Act 2003. This legislation now allows Premises Licence and Club Premises Certificate owners to apply for 'Minor Variations' to their licences. Read more about Minor Variations.

Community Premises DPS

A second piece of new legislation has been introduced as well. This involves the Village Halls and Community Premises such as church halls, chapels (and parts thereof). Read more about how to disapply a DPS for a Village Hall.
