This legislation now allows Premises Licence and Club Premises Certificate owners to apply for 'Minor Variations' to their licences. Read more about Minor Variations. Community Premises DPS A second piece of new legislation has been introduced as well. This involves the Village Halls and Community Premises such as church halls, chapels (and parts thereof).
