Between the 3rd and 5th August, the planning software on this website will be upgraded. During this time, some of the functions, including submitting comments about applications via the website, will not be available, and representations should be sent by email to planning@molevalley.gov.uk

A full set of Application Documents are normally available online within 5 working days of processing the application. Please be aware that, during this period, some documents may appear ahead of others.

Decision Notices are normally available online within 5 working days of the decision date.

Online Planning Database Search
Our interactive database allows you to search for any application received since 1992, to view scanned images of decision notices since 1992, and to view scanned images of applications received since October 2004

Map based Planning Search
Look at Planning Applications received and Decisions made since January 2006 on a map.

Online Planning Weekly Lists
Applications Registered/Determined recently.

Running List
Static lists showing planning applications received during the past month.

Decisions List
Static lists showing planning applications decided during the past month.

Emailed Decision Notices
Select this link to receive a scanned copy by email of any Planning decision between January 1977 & 30th September 2006.  This service is free of charge.

Decision Notices issued since 1992 can also be found on the documents tab of individual applications by using the Online Planning Database. Decision Notices issued after 1 October 2006 are only available via the documents tabs of individual applications.

N.B. You can comment on any current application via the above Online Planning Database, by emailing planning@molevalley.gov.uk, or by post to the Head of Planning, Mole Valley District Council, Pippbrook, Dorking, RH4 1SJ. Please read Commenting on an Application (Letters of Representation) 

Representations will be acknowledged and made available for viewing on the Council's website as soon as possible, normally within 5 working days.
